FAST

We understand the need for urgency especially in breakdown situations. Repairs are needed fast so we offer a same day dispatch promise. Order before 3pm and we will have your steel dispatched the same day!

FAIR

We use a large amount of steel for our own hydraulic cylinder manufacturing so we are able to buy direct from the mill and offer this to our valued customers. Quality at a competitive price!

  • 1-3mm induction hardened depth, to 55-60 HRC Hardness (38MnVS6)
  • Corrosion level 10 at 120 hours, Level 9 at 312 hours using ISO 9227 evaluated at ISO 10289 NSS.
  • OD tolerance is f7.
  • Surface roughness is Ra 0.07 – 0.2µm,
  • Straightness 0.2mm per metre max.
  • 600-800 (1045) – 850-1000 (38MnVS6) (N/mm² or MPa) Tensile.
  • Surface Hardness is HV900 or 66 HRC non IH.
  • Surface Hardness is HV750 or 60 HRC IH.
